  • At the end of the first day of the conference (Wednesday, June 19th) there will be a complementary welcoming reception at INSA starting at 6:45 pm. This will also be the opportunity to celebrate Professor Paul Sablonnière's recent birthday, honor his many outstanding contributions to approximation theory and his unceasing commitment to the younger generation of mathematicians.
  • There is an opportunity for a visit of the old town and parliament of Brittany on Friday afternoon with english comments (included in the registration fees). The appointment is at 2:30 pm in front of the Office de Tourisme, Chapelle St Yves, 11, rue Saint-Yves in Rennes for a visit of 1,5 hour.
  • If you stay in Rennes on Friday evening, like every year for the beginning of the summer, there is a big music festival in all the streets of the city center. If you stay for the weekend, you can easily go to the sea side in St Malo by train.
